Our experienced engineer will support custom machine items to understand your requirements well.

We very welcome your sample for machine testing.

All products will be checked before delivery.

Ready time: Generally the standard machine will be ready in 2-3 workdays, the customized machine please check with us when place order.

Packaging: The machine is packed in a carton or wooden box according to the size. Sufficient cushioning material will protect the machine intact during long-distance transportation.

Transportation: Support shipping via air, sea, and railway many transportation modes.

Machines, accessories and manuals will be packed and delivered together, we provide operation and maintenance instructions and parts catalog.

Small Machine: The user can install and adjust the machine according to the Manual and video of how to install and set the machine. If you have any questions, please contact our technical support (Whatsapp: Email: ) to provide online, video and other support. If customers really need we can make exceptions on-site service (expense will be borne by customers).

Large full automatic machine: We will arrange engineers on-site installation, testing and adjustment of equipment. Please check with us about the details.

We also welcome you to come to our factory for more training.

Wirepro has an experienced technical support team to be responsible for troubleshooting for customers via phone calls, emails, videos etc. If need spare parts, DHL will delivery in about 3days.

In some countries, our abroad agents will provide equipment maintenance, equipment replacement, spare parts supply and technical information.
