How to install cable marker tubes?

Installing wire number tubes on wires is a common practice in electrical and wiring applications to facilitate identification and organization. In routine work, the commonly used processing methods:
Step 1 Prepare the Wire:
Ensure that the wire is clean and stripping the jacket
Step 2 Select the Appropriate Wire Number Tube:
Choose a wire number tube that fits snugly over the stripped portion of the wire. The tube should have enough space to slide on easily but should not be loose.
Step 3 Cable marker tube cutting:
pipe cutters or automatic tube cutting machine
Step 4 Slide the Tube onto the Wire:
Place the wire number tube over the stripped section of the wire.
Step 5 Heating cable tubes:
If you are using heat-shrinkable wire number tubes, use a heat source (heat gun or heat shrink oven) to apply heat evenly to the tube.
Step 6 Coding on the tube (optional):
If desired, label the wire number tube with the corresponding wire number or identifier using a marker or labeling system.
