Description
It is designed for disentangling the cable shield layer.
1. Adjustable distance between brushing rollers this machine can complete various diameter cable processing.
2. Flip the shielding net function: press to reverse, put the wire in while rotating the wire to turn the shielding net to the backside
3. Simple operation and small size, time, and labor cost can be greatly reduced.
There are two types of brush: copper wire brush and nylon brush;
1.Copper wire brush: suitable for small wire diameter, suitable for shielding net with aluminum foil wire (depending on the material of wire)
2.Nylon brush: suitable for all wire materials, not easy to damage the wire, shortcomings wear fast (the speed should not too fast to increase the life of the brush wheel)
