SU-A35 max 35mm2 automatic cable cutting stripping machine
Features:
1. This machine adopts 8-wheel drive, bilateral pressing wheels, strong power and high precision. The belt feeding system can ensure that the wire surface is not damaged.
2. The Wire inlet wheel and the outlet wheel pressing force can be directly set in the program, without the need to manually adjust the pressure of the wheels. The outlet wheel also has an automatic lifting function, to achieve long wire head stripping length. Therefore, the stripping length range of the wire head is greatly increased. The lifting height of the outlet wheel can also be directly set in the program.
3. The machine also has a three-layer stripping program, which can strip three layers. This is ok for sheath cable jacket and inner cores stripping. Or when the stripping length is long, set the machine batch strip.
4. There are 200 groups of program memory, and the different wires processing parameters can be stored in different program numbers.
5. The color touch screen operation interface, the parameters are intuitive and easy to understand, you can quickly operate the machine with simple training
6. It can be equipped with branching jigs, cutting jigs, and inkjet printers.
It is widely used in the processing of military, medical, communications, power cables, sheathed wires, soft and hard wires.
