Descripción
TS-M03 is a multi-core sheathed cable inner core stripping and terminal crimping, heat-shrinkable tube cutting and loading machine. This is function enhanced machine of the TS-M02, it greatly improves the multi-core sheathed cable processing efficiency.
1. Stripping and crimping the terminal, heat-shrinkable tube cutting and loading, can be completed at one time, which is convenient and quick. It adopts frequency conversion control to realize soft start, soft stop, and no mechanical loss.
2. Independent stripping, riveting terminal operation, automatic and manual operation, and each action time can be adjusted according to the specifications of the wire and terminal.
3. The cassette die and stripping parts are independent, the card die is easy to replace, the stripping depth is adjustable, and the production adaptability is strong.
4. The control system adopts PLC and color touch screens, the moving parts are driven by servo motors, simple operation, and high processing accuracy.
