SU-T42 is two wires cutting stripping twisting machine.
1. LCD display, support Chinese and English, all buttons and processing program designed based on automatic computer programming, easy to operate.
2. Four driving wheel work for wire feeding, adjustable wire pressing force, high wire feeding accuracy, no damage on the wire, and no press marks.
3. High-quality blades made by raw materials imported from Japan, the cut edges are burr-free, wear-resistant, and can be used for a longer time.
4. Processing two wires at the same, greatly improves production efficiency and saves labor and time costs.
5. Equipped with the copper core stepper motor which is a high precision, low noise, precise current control, low motor heating, longer service life.
6. Intelligent control system, using 32-bit CORTEX-M3 core processor, the running speed up to 72M. It can store hundreds of parameter settings.
7. Multiple processing modes are suitable for electronic wire, silicone wire, PTFE wire, glass fiber cotton, isolation wire, etc., complete material processing at one time, fully automatic cutting, half stripping, full stripping, and multi-section stripping processing can be completed at one time.
8. It has twisting parts for flexible wires, thin wires, multiple copper wires, and other wires that are easy to loosen.
